When we moved to Texas our UBS financial advisor recommended Lynelle to create a revocable trust for us. From the first interview through the final signing session, she was very engaging and professional. She went to great lengths to make sure that we understood our options and the consequences to our heirs. If we had known that the process would be this painless we would not have put off creating a trust as long as we did. Lynelle and her staff clearly set expectations and deadlines and met or beat each milestone. We highly recommend her to anyone needing estate planning.

My wife and I wanted to convert our estate from a will to a revokable trust. Ms Moore was recommended to me by a friend. I made contact with her and explained out needs. We needed the trust and potentially help with a special needs grandchild. She put a package together for me. I required that she run it through my accountant which she did. Equally she met with me and teleconferenced with my daughter spending a number of hours making clear any and all issues involved. She went out of her way to get the document finalized and explaining how to convert the assets to the trust. The work was completed in a timely fashion and at a reasonable price. Lynnelle was wonderful helping with a Guardianship for my Grandfather. Unfortunately I needed her for another Guardianship for my father about 5 years later. She responds and guided me through the Guardianship in the era of Covid (no easy feat). during discussions about my father's estate and planning we realized that my wife and I were making some of the same "lack" of planning that my father had done.
