I really want to thank Rick Flume for his assistance and helping me to make a very important decision concerning my finances. He provided so much information and covered all the options which helped me decide on just the right plan that would help me in getting debt relief during such a challenging time in my life. The time when Covid 19 occurred, it impacted me in such a big way and becoming unemployed took me to a very hard place along with many others who were also greatly affected in this time period. His book “Bankruptcy Made Simple to Understand” is an excellent source explaining in depth about bankruptcy options as well. I highly recommend Mr. Flume to anyone facing financial difficulties. Mr. Flume was absolutely exceptional! Easy to talk to, walked the steps and personally called me right away after my trustees meeting, That was very kind of him!! He didn’t have to do that yet he did and that to me meant a lot!! The best customer service I've ever received, especially considering the nature of the call. Meeting with Mr. Flume was such a pleasure, and an all around great experience! I'm sure most attorney's seldom have clients leaving their office feeling that way. Mr. Flume is very informative, very kind, and very patient, as I had many questions, some of which I asked more than once. Life after Bankruptcy gets easier every day, since our Bankruptcy was discharged a year ago we have found out that we do not need credit cards or even a car payment, we pay for everything with cash, if we do not have the money we save until we have the money and we pay for it with cash. After I was no longer able to work, and we depleted most of are savings in the amount of $20,000.00 dollars paying our bills trying to avoid filing Bankruptcy. When we could not pay our bills because the money ran out we contacted Flume and associates to help us file Bankruptcy. Mr. Flume and his staff were very helphul from the initial consultation through the entire bankruptcy process. We would recommend Flume and Associates to anyone who needs help in filing Bankruptcy.

Mr Flume set down with me looked at my problems . Talk to me about chapter 13 should I file ? After spending about 1 hour with me . And instead of taking my money and filing my case he should me what I can do and how to do to get my self back on track . What a honest man . Thank you .
