I needed to find someone as good as my divorce attorney to modify my divorce decree to include travel verbiage that I had not thought of at the time of my divorce. Tina was referred to me by my divorce attorney's office since my divorce attorney was no longer a practicing attorney. Boy did they guide me in the right direction! Tina is a darn good attorney that is kind, just, and fights for the right reasons and for the right results. Tina is down to Earth yet very professional at the same time. During the course of my first hearing my ex-husband threw in a curve ball for 50/50 possession... this was totally unforeseen. I recall Tina mentioning it to me initially and I was a nervous wreck. Tina was always very reassuring and told me not to worry. During our initial hearing Tina said "You want to go ahead and tackle the other matter? I am ready if you are ready!" Throughout the course of our meetings Tina never promised me that the outcome would turn out in our favor, but rather she told me that the outcome laid in the hands of our assigned judge. I really appreciated her honesty and and how frank and poised she was during the entire process. I would HIGHLY recommend Tina if you are looking for someone to represent you.

I have been using Tina since 2012 when she had originally done my divorce and that whole process was almost to easy! Since then I have been using her for modifications to my order that was sent into place back then as well. I know that no one thing fits everyone but Tina Torres is about a close as it comes to being the perfect attorney for whatever it is your going through. I having been working with Tina for over 5yrs on and off dealing with custody, child support and recently pension issues. During this time with working with Tina I have always been station at MacDill AF Base (Military Vet) in Tampa, Florida. So I haven't always been privileged to dealing with her face-to-face like most clients do. Unfortunately for me I have always being gone TDY and deployed overseas during this stint, so I had to step out on faith and pray that my hard earned money that I was going to give to her would be money well spent. I have often been accused of being "over-protective" of my children, and even being referred to as a "helicopter mom", so the thought of losing custody of my son never even crossed my mind.
