At least they called me and took all my information waiting on a call back now keeping my fingers crossed

I called and gave them the details of my case (on Friday) and the receptionist told he would contact me Monday. Monday came and passed so I call him and he told me that the lawyers was going back and forth on the case and that he will send an email and get back to me Thursday. Thursday came and passed so I called him Friday and the his response was that they was waiting on one more questions and that he would get back to on Tuesday. Tuesday came and nothing AGAIN. So I called them on Wednesday and a lady answered and told me that they were still waiting and that she will call me back. She calls back 30 min just to tell me that they didn’t want to handle my case without an explanation. This place is a JOKE! THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME. I have another attorney who is taking my case close to my house. Took him 1 day to say yes!. Don’t deal with them.

Very nice reception and a hard working team.

Not a good experience. Called office 2 days ago after hours and spoke with whomever answered and gave my info and was told someone would get back with me. Called today cause 2 days passed with no return calls. Was told by answering service that office is closed til Monday. Someone one should of told me that 2 days ago..
