I can't express enough, what a remarkable attorney, Dave Sanchez, at H.D. Sanchez Law, is and I will be forever grateful to him for all of the work he did to get me the best possible outcome in my case…a dismissal. From our very first meeting, Dave’s knowledge of the law, along with his determinationand attention to detail were just a few of the qualities that made it clear he was an outstanding attorney, which I consider now to be the first blessing. The compassion he expressed for me & my situation on that day and then the unwavering support and encouragement I received from him along the way that got me through some very dark days, are a few more of Dave’s qualities, those are the ones that made me also consider him a friend. Not just because of his expertise, experience as a prosecutor and a defense attorney, due diligence, and knowledge from being in law enforcement, which all INDEED contributed to my case being dismissed; it was his compassion and care through this experience which was more than I could ask for. Mr. Sanchez was very professional and diligent. He worked very hard to take care of my case and even personally made himself involved in my case along with my well-being. I had heard so many bad stories about attorneys that did not care about what really happened with their client’s case and did what was best by the attorney. Mr. Sanchez was different he honestly cared about my situation. He didn’t just go above and beyond, he did more than that. Even when my case took a huge turn, he stood by me and checked up with me often. He honestly cared and made the best decisions for me. Not only that but when it came down to my expungement, he stayed late and got everything done when it looked like it was not going to be possible. I was able to get my expungement have the opportunity to now start my life over. He worked very hard and I felt like he really had my best interest in mind. I can’t explain how much I appreciate Mr. Sanchez but to just say I would recommend him to anyone who’s willing to do the best for themselves because he’ll do the best for you.

Over the years of battling a DWI charge, Dave has been there every step of the way. I would not have been able to get through this without him! Dave Sanchez represented me on a felony and misdemeanor case that ultimately got dismissed. There is no way I could've handled this process without his guidance and expertise.
