Poor communication and responsiveness
“I have almost a year I've got two phone calls. when I would call usually somebody wouldn't be there Mister Vale himself returned phone calls and that was fine. That was a great of him. However even the staff in and self did not communicate back and forth.”

“The case take too long but he got my and he never charged me extra and he always work the extra mile..... after that situation, I hired him for 2 more cases, he is a great lawyer and he is growing too fasts so his lawfirm has areas to improve but he is making good changes to become better lawfirm...”
