The Ramos and Del Cueto team came highly recommended and it was the best decision I have made. From the beginning they were very professional from the front office to the back. They are extremely knowledgeable and compassionate and work hard for you every step of the way. They really do their research and due diligence to get you the best outcome possible. During this trying time in my life, the team was always courteous and professional and did an excellent job of preparing me and my family for my court dates. Facing a 7 year prison sentence, they were able to get 10 years probation instead. This was best possible outcome given the circumstances and I am beyond thankful for all their efforts and work. My family and I will be forever grateful.

The Ramos and Del Cueto team are some of the finest attorneys I’ve encountered. About one year ago I was involved in a federal drug conspiracy case that completely changed the trajectory of my life. I sought out legal counsel with Ramos and Del Cueto because of the respect they had for a solid, reputable practice. From the very beginning I was confident in their knowledge and abilities. The firm assigned my case to Joey Contreras. Mr. Contreras was a federal prosecutor for 18 years before he joined Ramos and Del Cueto. Choosing an attorney is difficult because of what’s at stake, freedom. I was very nervous during this tumultuous time in my life. I was anxious and distressed but they did an excellent job of preparing me. Facing a minimum mandatory sentence of 5 years, I reluctantly entered a plea deal upon the advice of my attorney. This ended up being a very wise decision. Due their their tireless research, analytical skills and perseverance, they built an incredible and compelling argument which resulted in the Judge ordering time served with supervised release, completely averting prison. This is the ONLY group of attorneys I will EVER use. I have had two cases and have used them both times. Both cases were instances where I should have been in jail for at least a year.
