Having been an employee of Mr. Leach for slightly more than a year at this writing I can attest to his sense of responsibility to "do the right thing" by his clients. I see it from the insiders viewpoint. (Note: He is not aware that I am writing and is not the type to give a raise due to something like this or favor me for anything I say.....so I have no financial gains or incentives to be had in writing, other than a desire to express the truth when I saw that I am given this opportunity). Over the course of a 40 year career, I have associated with hundreds of attorneys thru a former business. I'm met some very impressive attorneys and I count Mr. Leach as being an exceptional attorney amongst that number. His trial preparation is superb, I am aware that he is often consulted by other attorneys, and I personally admire and respect him for his character and high degree of integrity. If I had a legal issue that required an attorney I would hope he would take the case. Thank you for providing this forum for speaking out on what we know and believe about attorney's. A valuable service, because it is difficult to determine by looking in the phone directory or at online listings who might be trustworthy and work hard for us on our legal matters.
