I broke my wrist when I tripped over a cable in the aisle at Macy's Department Store in Alabama. I live in San Antonio Texas. I only wanted my medical expenses to be paid, but Macy's would not even talk to me. Mr. Karam investigated my claim and all of my medical bills and were paid for, and I got an additional $16,000, this did not include his fee. I did not expect any additional money. Mr Karam took care of the everything and checked on me to see if I got proper medical treatment and that my wrist was completely healed. He handled everthing personally and checked with my family to make sure I was satisfied. After my cast came off my wrist was very stiff and I could not move it. I needed a lot of physical therapy so I can play my violin again with my left wrist. I did not have to pay for the physical therapy. He did a fine job and I am very satisfied.
