For 12 years I have been trying to get disability going from one lawyer to another and then I found Khatter Law. They are awesome and I would highly recommend them. Margarita helped me with my case and the lawyer that was assigned to me did everything they could to help me get SSI. I finally got approved. I want to thank everyone that fought for me.

Have been calling office. There is never anyone available to answer call. Going on 2 years since I, Augustine Lopez, hired you as counsel. Have left message after message, with no call backs. Tried to make an appointment, but was told over the phone only. Of course my casemanager is out today. Very disappointed. Just adding to this previous post.. it is now the end of October, and just got off the phone with Laura from your office. According to LAURA, my case has been closed since 2020. When last I spoke with your office was told I was going to be put on the critical list. What exactly is that???? Was not explained to me. If that means I'm critical, and I'm dying. That is exactly what that means. My review has not changed, since you people can't even get my phone number right. Expect a call either from Laura or someone in your office who can give me some answers.

I would not recommend Mr khattar. My son hired the law firm to assist him in his SSI disability case. After almost 2 years of waiting, he finally got a hearing via telephone. Mr khattar did not have the professionalism to appear for the hearing but instead sent a non attorney staff member. My son basically represented himself at this hearing, and lost the hearing. The non- attorney representative uttered maybe a couple of words in my son's behalf and it was evident that he was not prepared for the hearing. Mr khattar was hired for this matter and not his non- attorney staff member. In addition there was little to no communication with my son and when he did go to the office to get information about his case, he was only talked to by a receptionist through a crack in the door. The only written communication he received was a letter from them stating that they were no longer representing him and that his claim for SSI disability had been denied. No consideration was given to my son whatsoever and so he and I would not recommend Mr. Khattar nor his non-attorney staff for any ss matter.
