Khattar Law, PC. Is hands down, THE BEST LAW FIRM! Khattar Law won my SSI case when all of my own attempts were denied. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and will respond to you ASAP. Originally, I was hesitant because I live in California and their office is in Texas... however... I was clearly wrong! Their services over the phone and via email were absolutely AMAZING!!! And not once did I have to leave my home! They took care of EVERYTHING for me! I felt like royalty! I will definitely use their services again and I highly recommend that you do too! I was worried for a while because how long it took but Jason khattar and his team, Pete Ochoa Margarita Ochoa and Dennis. Are an amazing team! I was getting nervous and impatient when my medicals had not come in. But they handled it swiftly and won me my case! Thanks to all of you guys and girls for all of your help I really appreciate it even though you're in Texas and I'm in California you guys did the job you're awesome! I would definitely recommend this team to handle any type of services you need personal injury or what have you disability cases. They are the ones to contact wherever you're at. Every person who I spoke with at Khattar Law throughout the last 12 months–among the most challenging years I've ever been through–was kind and reassuring.. Prep for the actual hearing was a bit overwhelming. But as it turned out, even the judge expressed kindness and compassion for my circumstances. My legal representative presented me to the judge with clear and accurate descriptors about me. I felt seen. Even though my general experience with applying for public housing aid was a total disaster–in Los Angeles this system is more than broken. It’s a totally disintegrated dead end. A nightmare. Despite the trauma of experiencing this while being in LA on behalf of my father. who was in the last years of his life, despite the toughness of witnessing the tragedy of so many unhoused seniors who I witnessed living in their cars everywhere. And this is not hyperbole–there is no neighborhood untouched by this tragedy. Despite seeing this, being immersed in it every day, Khattar Law provided the legal help and kindness, engendered hope in me, when before I had sought legal assistance, my application for SSI had already been twice denied. I heard numerous times from so many people that “everyone gets denied the first time”. When it happened twice, someone told me about Atticus. And Atticus very rapidly connected me with Khattar Law. As I write this today, my truck’s tires are so bald, I pray every day that a blowout won’t happen before May 31. 12 days to go. Because the on the 31st will be the first deposit of my awarded benefits. It will be a first step towards my recovery of a normal, housed life, and the beginning of my healing journey–a recovery from all the hull damage, the deterioration of my physical health, that has plagued my last 10 years while living in LA. Now I’m free to leave LA to begin a new chapter in my life. Thank you Khattar Law.

I called Khattar Law after my 2nd denial. The application process for SSDI was a long and tedious one. Without the representation of Mr. Khattar & his team, I don't know where I'd be. Not only did I finally get my much-deserved favorable ruling, but Khattar Law quite literally served as my therapist, mentor and voice of reason throughout this whole journey. My only regret is not finding them sooner. I'm very grateful for their support and hard work.
