I was referred to Mr. Joe Gonzales by a law enforcement colleague who had dealt with him several times while working cases at the DA’s office. I was given Mr. Gonzales’s cell number and calling him was the best decision I had ever made. My initial meeting and impression of Mr. Gonzales was that he was a professional and he listened attentively while I explained what had occurred that led up to my arrest and charge. He understood that I could not accept anything but a dismissal or an acquittal or I would lose my career and future goals. He advised me that he would be working with a team that included Mr. Christian Henrickson and that I would be getting two lawyers for the price of one. I struggled emotionally through a year and a half of court dates until the case went to trial. Despite all my fears, Mr. Gonzales and his team reassured me and I knew they believed in my innocence. When Mr. Gonzales goes into “trial mode” it’s amazing. His cross examinations of the prosecution’s witnesses and complainant were direct and strategically effective. The trial was very stressful for me and as we were waiting for the jury to return with their verdict after deliberation I will never forget how terrified I was and how Mr. Gonzales calmingly placed his hand on mine and smiled and said, “Do not lose your faith now.” He was confident until the very end and even when I had feared the worst he believed in my case. The jury came back very quickly with a unanimous decision and acquitted me of the charge. I will never forget what I went through to fight for the truth and I will never forget how hard Mr. Gonzales and his team fought for me. They were amazing and I felt so blessed to have them fighting in my corner. Joe, from the bottom of my heart I want thank you and will never forget what you did. I failed to report for probation for about eleven months,and got dropped from my maditory classes,and hadn't paid my fines so the state Filed a MTR probation. On top of that I was arrested and charged with a felony endangerment of a child.and the state wanted to take it all the way to trial. Well I don't know how JOE GONZALES manage to get both of my Case's dropped (dismissed) with no probation and no jail time ,no fines.... I'm finally free....... Thank you so much...GOD BLESS....

Joe and christian made me feel like i was a priority from the first time i consulted with them.....they are the harlem globe trotters of law.....they pass notes and discuss issues and understand the court room like the globe trotters passed the ball and pleased the crowd....never at one time did i think my cousel was not in my best interest.....i have high regards on their knowledge and professionalism that they bring to the table of a fair shake.....In my opinion i would have been doing life without their support and motivation as the power house attorneys they are......Joe has an investigator that will work endless hours with joe and christian for a full view of what the state has presented.....the 3 walk in the court with full knowledge how to conduct themselves as men of work and no games or low blows will be accepted.......i have to say if i was back in my same situation i would not change anything......god bless you guys.....joe you are the man......who dat say they gonna beat joe gonzales?!?!?!

I also felt unjudged in dealing with Mr. Gonzales which is rare because most people judge you and look at you different once the cops have accused of anything. I would hire him again.

Once the police accuse you of a crime you will find that all people assume you are guilty, wrong, and that whatever the police say about you is true. Most people will, then place you in a different segment in society. In dealing with Mr. Gonzales I felt completely unjudged. He also got a $1500.00 fine taken off my settlement. I will be able to get hired for any job or live anywhere I want and I attribute that directly to hiring Mr. Gonzales as my lawyer.

I was accused of DWI with a felony child in car under age of 15. In my career the is no excuse and toleration for a DWI on my record. Mr Gonzales was highly recommend and went right to work on my case. He was always fair to me and explained the process to trust him and let him do his job.
