I do not give out five stars often, but Mr. Obermeier deserves it. I had a complex real estate issue with our lender, but just needed to buy some time to sort out some personal problems. He came through like a professional by answering emails and texts promptly. He was courteous , from consultation, retainer payment, and case resolution. Some lawyers change gears on you once they secure payment...not this guy! Even his colleagues seem to be well put together from what I have causally observed. Once of the best experiences I have ever had with an attorney.

Matt Obermeier is a knowlegable lawyer. He was very professional and honest about my current situation. He took time out of his day to meet with me and discuss best course of actions. Although his recommendation lead me to a different alternative, he would not accept a payment for his time. I feel he isn't a lawyer just after money and really focuses on his clients and their needs for an attorney. I recommend Matt Obermeier 100%.

A month ago I was in the process of buying a home in San Antonio. The option period had expired on the contract, and I was still not certain of whether I would buy the property. I highly recommend San Antonio real estate attorney Matthew Obermeier for any real estate issues you need to get resolved fast. I needed a lawyer who could put together a "special warranty deed" regarding a real estate transaction. I initially called and left a message... he called me back within the hour and scheduled an appointment first thing the next day. Additionally, he answered many other follow up question I had via text which was very convenient.

I contacted Matthew Obermeier through his web site to get a free consultation concerning the review of a document for the purchase of a home. He responded the same day. I just emailed him a copy of the document and he reviewed it for me the same afternoon, then responded by email with his legal opinion. He also offered to discuss it with me over the phone, but that was not necessary. He was prompt and efficient and gave me the information I needed. And he didn't charge me anything for his services. All he asked was that I post a Google review. Another law office wanted $200 for the same document review.

After filing for divorce I searched around the San Antonio area for representation. I reached out to several attorneys and Matt got back to me very quickly. Throughout my entire divorce he continued to educated me on several different aspects of what my rights were as a father going thru the process. He is as genuine as they come and had nothing but the children's best interest in mind.
