I called Mr. Obermeier first thing in the morning. Although he was in court, he sent a text in response to my voicemail to let me know he would call ASAP. I had only spoke to Mr. Obermeier briefly in regards to a real estate and landlord tenet lease agreement issue. I had no money to pay, and I called him up out of the blue, he didn't brush me aside and listened to my issue to the fullest extent. He gave me sound advice on my issue and made me feel better, even if he wasn't able to help me past the advice. I appreciate his calm approach and his willingness to listen to a legally ignorant 23 year old, and not brush me aside.
