After dealing with a lawyer who would never return calls or emails (even after months of trying to connect), it was refreshing to meet Mr. Sifuentes to discuss my son's case. He was humble and straight-forward, didn't rush us through the meeting, and clearly explained our options. We haven't yet resolved the case, but I am confident we picked the right lawyer!

My ordeal started in April of 2013, when I was falsely accused of Indecency with a child. I originally hired another attorney in San Antonio who guided me through the first few months. I was happy with him but I wanted more so I did my research and Ben's name kept coming up. The Sifuentes law firm is exactly what I needed since I also needed employment guidance since I was a police officer of 19 years. The stakes were high and I was facing certain prison time if I didn't hire the right legal team. Knowing this I made the decision to hire Ben. It was a move that I did not regret! In March 2015, I found myself in need of an attorney. I searched and searched but couldn't find anyone willing to help me fight a very powerful corporation. Ben will use every legal avenue he has and knows to defend you. Well back to my story, I witnessed Ben tear apart a state witness in my civil hearing, without the witness even knowing what had happened lol! Needless to say, after my hearing, I was reinstated to my job with back pay which is rare to be awarded! Ben, my family and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts! I'm in the military so i like and do things in orders, and Ben did just that. He is more than a lawyer he is also a friend that you need in and out of a court room. Ben treat you like one of his family member.

Eleven years ago, I was about to lose my freedom and my job.
