Amazing, Awesome, Seasoned, Professional, Highly Skilled and Caring. That’s what Don Flanary and his law firm associates are and more. I found the Flanary Law Firm while searching for legal help for my son. At the time my family was distraught and in distress. Don and Amanda were calm, helpful and hopeful. They immediately had a plan of action, they were READY to go to battle and that was just after an initial meeting! Their positive and fighting energy was so amazing and inspiring and exactly what we needed. It was what my son needed. Without going into too much detail about what I was being accused of, my case was a life changing one. I was being accused of one of the worst things human being can be accused of. I did a ton of research on top attorneys in San Antonio and what they’re success rates were. I interviewed about 6 attorneys and Don was the last one that I interviewed. One of the first things that I noticed about Don was his passion and energy for what he does. Mr. Don Flanary was referred to me by close friends and came very highly recommended. After doing a little research on-line, I found that his reputation seems to precede him. I decided to visit for a consultation to discuss my criminal defense case. From our initial meeting he was very friendly, honest, sincere and professional. Unlike other attorneys I have interviewed in the past, he never made any promises and explained every step of the process that was before me before I retained him. Throughout the duration he represented me he was always very responsive to my phone calls and informative. He covered every base leaving no stone unturned and performed his due diligence thoroughly. His legal approach was, indeed, a very aggressive, relentless and proactive defense which kept him one step ahead of the offense. After only eleven months and just when we were ready to go to trial the state dismissed my case because the arresting officer refused to appear. There was something always very reassuring about Don; however, which made me feel confident and comfortable that I had retained the best legal representation money could buy had we gone to trial. Don did a great job and he was very professional and straight the to point in his work. He abridged the legal jargon so that we could understand what was being contracted. Not many lawyers wanted to handle this case but Don took it on and gave us the best possible outcome for our situation. Now we can sleep at night and move on with our lives.
