Frank Guerra and the crew here are very good and smart lawyers with drive and vision. I worked with Frank during law school at UT and he was always fair and very supportive toward me. A great mentor. Then I forged my own path and have started Falcon Law Group, PLLC. Frank made time to have lunch with me and show me around their office. We may be competitors (in theory), but the pie gets bigger for everyone (including the clients in their hardest times) if we all work professionally and collegially. A consummate professional. Special shoutout to David "Alex" Fuentes, an old buddy of mine who works for Frank now as a lawyer. Good group of folks.

No recomiendo este grupo de. Abogados especialmente a señor Lorenzo Orta, muy mal acompañamiento q triste q los q. Nos deben ayudar solamente buscan su propio beneficio y all final solo me terminaron diciendo q antes agradezca q nos quedó algo, nos engañaron dilatación en cada llamada q siempre están ocupado y prácticamente se enviaron los dineros a gastos médicos y a ellos y de 30 mil dólares solo nos dan 4200 y adicional debo pagar otras cuentas q por negligencia no las agregaron a la cuenta total y yo debo pagar mas. De 1500 dólares ya voy a cumplir 1. Año del accidente solo yo se todo lo q tuve q pasar durante este tiempo me siento engañada se aprovecharon de mi desconocimiento no caigan son malas personas no son amigos como al inicio se. Hacen pasar ,,,,,😔

Never hire this firm!!! They should be investigated for fraud. Does not return calls.. keep fire victims funds to earn interest money for themselves..so awful dealing with Watts & Guerra

Such a great experience with Carabin Shaw. The team walked me through every step, made sure I was taken care of, and kept me in the loop as things progressed. The firm’s response time was quick. Every person I spoke to was highly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Extremely grateful for Mr. Shaw and his team. I would highly recommend to anyone.

These ladies (answering receptionist) put me on hold forever, then hung up on me. As I was on hold a second time, they forgot to mute the call and were laughing around talking to 'Crystal'. I just want to speak to the case manager assigned..

Cannot say enough amazing things about this firm....Attorney Jennifer Neal is who you want in your corner. She will work endlessly to ensure you and your family recieve justice for your personal injuries. There are not enough "thank you's" that we could give to Jenn and the rest of the staff at Guerra for their assistance and hard work!

The worse law firm I have ever had. They will not return my calls or give any updates. This is not right.
