To be quite honest...I was a little uneasy at initially. However, the customer service was excellent. There was a Mrs. Stephanie Ibarra that worked with me and had the demeanor and tone to calm me down and assure me that things would be ok and that I called the right place. Stephanie assured me that treatment, insurance, vehicle repair and the whole process would run smoothly and that I mattered and they would take care of me. I trust them. I made the right decision and stand by Mr. Tom Ard. I highly recommend Carabin and Shaw based on my own personal experience with the individuals that took care of me. They turned a horrible crisis for me into something that was well taken care of efficiently, compassionately and professionally. Thank you!
