The staff is very professional and courteous. My phone calls were always returned within a timely manner. My questions were answered appropriately and if someone did not know an answer, they would find out the information needed and return my call.

There was a issue and an attempt to correct the issue when they became aware. Issue resolved.

Carabin & Shaw were awesome!! This was my first time ever dealing with a law firm & all I can say is they were the best. They kept me well updated by phone & email I didnt have to get my hands dirty at all. They did everything & the experience was easy going with them. They were all very nice & I love the way they greet you in their office they offer you everything my first time going into their office I was offered water, coffee, soda, tea, candy & chocolate. I was like woah!!! Haha. They're amazing. I was hit from behind & they helped put some money in my pocket. They're highly recommended to anyone who's in search for a law firm.
