Honestly have to say I was very pleased with Carabin & Shaw, they really helped me out and looked out for my best interests. The staff is always friendly and treated me very well. I definitely recommend them for representation. Every time I called and had a question they were quick to answer. Thank you again Carabin & Shaw .

Very disappointed with this firm. My phone calls with Stephanie Ortiz were NEVER returned. For some reason felt like I was being brushed off. If you don't want my business, tell me. Wasting my time. Update: Mr. Shaw contacted me and apologized for the 'bumps in the road'. He personally took charge and oversaw my sister's case. Unfortunately, she bowed out and did not pursue his legal services. Mr. Shaw is very knowledgeable, very cordial, very professional. He took swift action and made things happen. He earned my respect and admiration. I would not hesitate to use his services should I ever need an injury lawyer. He has my 10 star rating!!!💙

Awesome!!! Great!!! The lawyer to call who listens to you and helps you without the craziness. When you're hurt you want a lawyer who listens to you and your needs... you are hurt ( not deaf so I didn't need someone yelling at me about 4's or a hammer) this is why I selected this lawyer and everyone at their office is so friendly and helpful...thank you Stephanie and Jose for all your help your Great!!! Very friendly staff - return calls in a timely manner - very hospitable when we have gone into he office. However we have felt a bit "left out" of the process and details of our cases and now it is being "referred" out to another attorney. Kind of makes you feel like you are not a priority. God willing we never need an injury attorney again but if we do we will do a bit more research before hiring someone.
