I dealt with Atty. Tom Ard and several members of the staff. On my 3 visits to their offices I felt very comfortable and had very little wait time. I feel that Tom was very fair and did the best job he could do to settle my claim. Every time I would have a question by e mail I would immediately receive an answer. I would highly recommend the firm for anyone needing assistance for settling an injury claim.

August 2018 was one of the worst days of my life,as I was the victim of my first ever hit and run automobile accident with a tanker truck. I sustained a couple injuries and decided to seek legal advise/ representation. I didn’t do a lot of research for personal injury firms, but once I came across the law offfice of Carabin Shaw, I decided to give them a try.And oh boy I must say one the best decisions I’ve ever made.From the moment they accepted my call,to my first office consultation;Iwas met with such compassion and respect.The receptionist ladies are so very warm,welcoming and accommodating,as well as the other associates that are there.I have had the honor and pleasure of meeting and having Mrs. Wilson and her team representing me as my attorney.Her knowledge,diligence and expertise was truly amazing.When you bundle that with kindness and patience those are rare commodities these days.My calls,emails,questions,and concerns were always answered, returned and addressed the same day.Throughout my numerous appointments with surgeons,specialists and doctors Mrs. Wilson made it a priority to check in with me and my family to see how I was healing.Being a retired military family with over 22years of service with two college boys and being foster parents,we are a busy family on the go. I was in an auto accident in which the liability is crystal clear. I was made a low-ball offer from the insurance company for my injuries. It could easily have been concluded with a letter of representation and a couple of phone calls. I called Carabin Shaw for assistance and they took 3 business days to decide whether or not they wanted my case and call me back. I think I want an attorney that's more responsive than that.
