I was in an auto accident in which the liability is crystal clear. I was made a low-ball offer from the insurance company for my injuries. It could easily have been concluded with a letter of representation and a couple of phone calls. I called Carabin Shaw for assistance and they took 3 business days to decide whether or not they wanted my case and call me back. I think I want an attorney that's more responsive than that.
