I'm glad I chose this office to help me with my claim when I injured my neck and back in a car accident back in October. The paralegal, Stephanie Ibarra was very efficient and quick to respond with any questions I may have had. She made me feel comfortable with the process which made it easy for me to get the treatment needed for me to get better. I received excellent service the whole time from the Carabin & Shaw team during this process! I believe that my claim was extended some due to COVID but my attorney Bernie was always available and made sure that I was always updated and in the loop. Bernie checked in with me on a regular basis making sure that I received the necessary medical treatments and we were continuing with our steps. I really thought this would be a much more difficult process then it was but I feel the staff completely turned this around. Thank you so much!
