I normally don’t post on these platforms, but I had to call out the amazing staff and the assistance I received while obtaining some information on my current injury due to a car accident. From the front desk to the back end staff/attorneys that assisted with all my needs. Thank you for making a terrible experience easy and straightforward. I'm glad I chose this office to help me with my claim when I injured my neck and back in a car accident back in October. The paralegal, Stephanie Ibarra was very efficient and quick to respond with any questions I may have had. She made me feel comfortable with the process which made it easy for me to get the treatment needed for me to get better. I received excellent service the whole time from the Carabin & Shaw team during this process! I believe that my claim was extended some due to COVID but my attorney Bernie was always available and made sure that I was always updated and in the loop. Bernie checked in with me on a regular basis making sure that I received the necessary medical treatments and we were continuing with our steps.
