All the employees were really great!! From the 1st call the night of my accident to the final settlement meeting and last few phone calls, the lawyers were attentive to my needs and very punctual in their communications for anything we were working on. They also answered a lot of questions i had throughout the entire process and were always very pleasant and accommodating to me. Even when my insurance company sent over my policy info it was missing the PIP and Underinsured Motorist coverage i did have on my policy, my lawyers were took the necessary steps and filed the required paperwork to execute the payment from my insurance company without haste. So happy i contacted Carabin & Shaw to help me through this very stressful incident. Thank you all so very much.

I went to see Mr Flores to have a will probated. The staff is obviously experienced and very polite. I arrived at the office and was seen right away.

I dealt with Atty. Tom Ard and several members of the staff. On my 3 visits to their offices I felt very comfortable and had very little wait time. I feel that Tom was very fair and did the best job he could do to settle my claim. Every time I would have a question by e mail I would immediately receive an answer. I would highly recommend the firm for anyone needing assistance for settling an injury claim.

My service dog and I were injured in a car accident in which a guy rear-ended me at 80 mph while traffic was sitting at a stop. Not only that, he knocked me into the vehicle in front of me. It was the classic case of him having an expensive car and bottom-of-the-barrel insurance. The other driver's insurance was constantly ghosting both the Carabin & Shaw attorneys and myself, and was overall a real pain in the behind throughout the whole process. Somehow they even ended up blaming me for the accident despite my being the one who was rear-ended, and even the police report placed the fault on the other driver. After getting the runaround with insurance, I decided to work with Carabin & Shaw. I will say that most PI attorneys won't touch a case unless a commercial vehicle is involved, but not Carabin & Shaw. They take cases of all sizes. My contact through the whole process was Christine, and she was super easy to work with and constantly followed up with me. While my case has not settled as of the time of writing this review, due to its complexity, I felt the need to call out Carabin & Shaw and their team of scrappy fighters in the corner with the little man. They truly have been a pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs someone in their corner to fight for them. Hopefully I never do, but should I ever need the services of a PI attorney, I will be contacting Carabin & Shaw right away.
