The staff is very professional and courteous. My phone calls were always returned within a timely manner. My questions were answered appropriately and if someone did not know an answer, they would find out the information needed and return my call.

Very disappointed with this firm. My phone calls with Stephanie Ortiz were NEVER returned. For some reason felt like I was being brushed off. If you don't want my business, tell me. Wasting my time. Update: Mr. Shaw contacted me and apologized for the 'bumps in the road'. He personally took charge and oversaw my sister's case. Unfortunately, she bowed out and did not pursue his legal services. Mr. Shaw is very knowledgeable, very cordial, very professional. He took swift action and made things happen. He earned my respect and admiration. I would not hesitate to use his services should I ever need an injury lawyer. He has my 10 star rating!!!💙
