The hardest part about dealing with attorneys is that all the tropes are true; They tend to be soulless people that will take advantage, lie, cheat, steal, and be dishonest without hesitation. Except Mr Guerra. He stands out not only as a renowned attorney at a national level, but also as a kind human being with the utmost integrity and a big heart. If there is any attorney that actually deserves their success it's him. I highly recommend his firm.

I am combat veteran with over 20 years of service to the country of the United States. I have called multiple times and sent numerous emails. I need legal assistance and advice, and not once have I communicated with a lawyer from WATTS GUERRA LLC. In February, I made a trip specifically to Texas and spoke with another veteran; however, the persons I elucidate with was not an attorney. It does not seem like they care (staff or management). The owners are most likely putting energy into their personal agendas whatever that may be for them.

I am pretty much reiterating the same complaints as so many others: Refuses to communicate and does not provide information regarding cases until it is closed or denied. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. *Update* I can confirm there is one person at this firm I would use moving forward. Mrs. King, is very receptive, patient, and forthcoming about my case when I spoke to her. She didn't use flowery language and gave me a course of action that I needed, as I am not a medical professional nor a lawyer, to continue my case for a more positive outcome. Ask for Mrs. King!

I been trying to get a hold of them for 2 weeks now and not even a phone call back I need more care and they haven't even picked up the phone someone is always out the office I wished they would just call me back so I can get the help i need to get back on track with my life and I have still not spoke to my attorney

I was involved in a serious car wreck with four children with me and suffered a broken wrist and bruises.. Carabin Shaw got my medical and car paid off and a settlement. They were great all the way through the rehab for my wrist and i highly recommend them !!

I appreciate the professionalism and kind staff and therefore would like to provide some constructive criticism. If you know you have minimum requirements as to the type of cases you take, it would be caring and helpful to all parties involved to share this with staff taking inbound calls. Perhaps a set of basic questions would help? Not only will the firm not waste billable time, but the client would also benefit by not being led on and having the freedom to find help quickly elsewhere. Thank you for you attention.

Starting back in April 2021, we went with Watts Guerra LLC to represent our Dicamba case. To this day I haven’t heard anything back from them! We have sent everything they have asked for, sometimes twice and three times! We have done all the footwork and hear nothing back! We have emailed and called multiple times but they say hold for the next available person and hang up! Communication with this firm has been extremely difficult and frustrating! Still waiting………
