Honestly if I could leave zero stars for this law firm I would! I wouldn’t them to represent my worst enemy! Upon reading the other reviews it’s safe to say that everyone’s major issue with this firm is their lack of communication. Which to put it mildly their customer service is inept and atrocious at returning phone calls and emails! I wish I had never signed with them and instead done my due diligence and researched other law firms! It’s pitiful that clients can never reach anyone via email or phone! Y’all need to do better because heaven only know how much money that you all are making off of this six billion dollar settlement.

So I called him and I always get a voicemail, Which I leave my number for the call back. When they call back, it’s another recording that says standby for a lawyer. Then it results of me being on hold again for a while, and then goes to another voicemail that says call back with the number. How professional are y’all when you guys don’t even have contact with your clients. And when you do call back, it’s just for another voicemail. What’s the point of calling back if you just do that.

So my husband has a case with them. But no one ever calls him back. Not even to ask questions about paperwork they want him to sign. It’s pretty much sign it and be quiet. Very disappointing.

A lawsuit this big in nature on an issue that deals with my only child can be very intimidating! However, the professional Staff at Watts & Guerra quickly put you at ease with their vast & up to date knowledge on this. I get quaterly updates from the attorney himself & as a Client & Mother well those things matter! I'm more than satisfied with my decision to have Watts & Guerra represent Mi Familia in this matter!

Would not recommend. They were the lawyers I used for 3m lawsuit and found out today they said I was disqualified for lawsuit now for no good reason. I sent everything in beginning of lawsuit Years ago. I'm sure I'm not the only veteran they screwed!!!!

I have been trying to get in touch with them for months. Through phone, email, texts. No one responds. They just send mass emails, but never send individual emails. I have no idea where I stand in the current 3m lawsuit. Everyone else that I talked too were contacted by their respective attorneys, none filed with watts guerra, and they know exactly where they stand. It is so frustrating.

They harass people even if u tell them u cant provide what they want

I appreciate everything done for me after being hit from behind and me being blamed but it's hard as hell when they say they are suppose to contact you you have to do your best to contact them

They worked quickly on my case. People were telling that it would years to settle but this law firm was able to win my case and get me compensation within 8months I was in a motor vehicle accident that wasn’t my fault and was badly injured. Highly satisfied with their work.

I recommend this firm for their dedication to clients. Those I have referred are also satisfied with the level of care their cases received. Those I have sent have also referred their family and friends when insurance companies don't play fair. You can rest easier if you get to the right firm from the start, and they have the talent, education and experience to get the job done.
