I’m very upset I started my lawsuit my information was taken and docs signed and I haven’t heard anything tried to email and it was a fake email. I’m very upset because it’s a lawsuit for my disable son so if this is a scam then it’s going to be a problem!

Worst communication ever. They were handling my 3M ear plug lawsuit and would call non-stop from a toll free number that just rang and made you leave a VM that no one ever responded to. Called the office in SA multiple times and was never able to speak to anyone who knew anything about my case, IF I was even able to make contact. Overall, terrible customer service and poor representation. TL;DR I'm not letting this firm make a cent off me in exchange for garbage service.
