“I attempted to retain Mr. Schafer. He was vague and quite rude. He advised I get a professional mold test. When I got positive results on that, he told me to move out of my unit and send him all the documentation I had, while he got started on the termination letter and such. Which I also did. Then he simply ignored all my attempts at communication for the 9 days we had left in that month before I had to be out of my apartment unit.”
