Mr. Schafer was so very helpful with answering all my questions and giving me a peace of mind in all this confusion, and even offered to help if I have any more issues in the future. He is one of a kind an goes above an beyond.

To say Mr Schafer goes above and beyond the call of duty is an understatement. I recieved his correspondence weeks ago but didn't open it until the morning of my court date and he still showed up and showed out for me and my boys allowing us to have a positive outcome that day and hope for our future! David was fantastic. I was in a precarious situation at the time of my eviction case, then COVID-19 made it even worse. Landlord reneged on the verbal agreement the property manager had made with me to give me time until I had a definite path to getting caught up, so he worked my legal rights to give me the time I needed to resolve my debt. I didn't feel judgment or shame at all through the process, and that helped enormously with not making my circumstantial depression worse. I absolutely recommend The Schafer Firm if you're facing eviction or even just problems in a bad renting situation. I have a friend that is a property manager around town, and she referred me to him, citing that she loathed having to go up against him on cases. That's because he's great at what he does. I can attest to that.

David was very helpful right away. I gave David a call about a current situation I'm facing with my apartments and it being infested with roaches. He gave me insight on what to do. A lot of times attorneys don't do this upfront. I did exactly what David told me to do and the apartments regional manager reached out right away about my situation. I'm in the business of real estate myself and I can say David is very knowledgeable in his field. I highly recommend using his services.
