The first meeting with the staff had me understanding that this was a tightly run and professional organization. Mysti Murphy is a nationally recognized law firm with highlights in magazines in the field she represents. My lawyer Heather Hudson has been serving with Mysti for 2 years and was just named one of the top 10 Lawyers in Texas. That says alot about her as an individual and about Mysti as a leader and mentor. Heather was very well prepared and extremely thourough with the information presented to the judge. I was very comfortable with them and I followed all of their instructions knowing that I would be well taken care of. A special thanks to their paralegal , Kate, for keeping all of us accountable and timely. They are all top notch professionals that ensure the utmost confidentiality with information and their attention to detail is second to none.

Heather and her team were amazing during my Suit Affecting the Parent-Child Relationship (SAPCR). This process was extremely difficult for me for several reasons, but I'm sure others who have or are going through a similar situation, can relate. Heather (lawyer) and Kate (paralegal) did an outstanding job of representing my side of a custody case. Because of them, I could not have been more prepared legally or emotionally. They answered all my questions (there were many), they prepared me for the ins/outs of court, they listened to ALL of my requests and put it into the contract. Heather is more reserved, it's like she is always thinking about how she is going to execute the next move. When you finally see/hear her thought process, she is brilliant. Kate is more forward with her knowledge. She has a powerful presence and did a great job of understanding how to handle my concerns. From the beginning of it all I wanted a strong legal team that was going to set up a fair custody contract for my daughter. Not one time did I feel they lost track of that and they did an excellent job of executing it too! Heather and Kate were my perfect pair!!!!

Ms. Hudson did a great job at getting everything done in my child custody case. I felt completely at ease knowing everything was being taken care of. She and her staff were very efficient at answering any questions I had, and her attention to my case ultimately led to the best possible outcome.
