I am pleased to provide you with my sincere appreciation for the service your firm provided in my wife’s Muniment of Title. I am especially appreciative of the work done by Teri Carter. She handled the case with efficiency and diplomatic, professional grace under these difficult Covid-19 conditions of social distancing. I was quite nervous since we had waited three months for a judgement. Teri calmed my nerves about working in the Zoom environment and coached me for my interaction with the judge. All went well thanks to her effort and I am deeply grateful for the assistance she provided.

My first impression from this firm came solely from their parcel advertisement. The picture on the ad showed two professional, bold, and confident women with a written statement in bold lettering reading....... " We specialize in family assault charges " and being that women are statistically proven to be the victim extremely more times than men in cases of family violence, l figured I would get a genuine fair representation from them. Long story short, the counselor that the firm appointed to me ( Terry Carter ), presented all the evidence needed to have the state drop all charges against me in as little time as possible so that my family and I could get on with our lives. Believe it or not, people do sometimes get charged by the state for false accusations and you need very knowledgeable council to protect you from the very hungry State Prosecutor. It is sad but true that there are many innocent people incarcerated mostly because of inadequate council and representation. Councilor Terry Carter made sure that I wasn't one of them...... Jodi is absolutely an angel sent from heaven! I'm so happy I found a way to reach out and thank you. You helped out someone really close to me about 9 years ago, with a case in Seguin in which my friend was in a car with girls speeding down Ih-10. Long story short, you helped her get the case dismissed because of the cops actions! Thanks to you Jodi, she was able to graduate College with both her Bachelor's and Master's degree. You truly saved her life and I was never able to thank you properly.

Possibally the worst decision you could make in legal council. Seems like she worked harder finding ways to get off the case than actually spending time trying to help. Good luck tryiing to set up a meeting with her. I tried many times but she would either say no or would just never even answer the phone. Then when I was trying to visit her, she had changed office without even telling me. So if you want to waste your money on somebody who you probably won’t even have a chance to meet and someone who only cares for themselves. This is the lawyer for you.
