Lawyer was very professional and knowledgeable, I had an issue with the paralegal assigned. Having a good paralegal that is available and responsive is very important. Think the process took longer than it should have due to paper work sitting around. My Lawyer Kay was awesome. Aside from the paralegal assigned, I would highly recommend the firm.

After having a bad experience with another San Antonio area attorney we were extremely pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism of everyone at Lisa Vance's firm. Our initial discussions were with Kimberly Painter but we ended up working with Dylan George, who represented us very well. He was very knowledgeable, invested time to learn the complexities of our case, and he was a genuine advocate for us. Plus, they had to clean up something of a mess created by our prior attorney. I wish we had hired this firm from the beginning of our case - it would have saved us a lot of time and headache.
