I am changing this review due to speaking with Mr. Locke. Returned phone call, appreaciate the clarity. Mr. Locke us a great attorney, very professional and is passionate about his clients!

I contracted Mr. Locke to represent a family member who was dealing with a DUI probation violation from 5 or 6 years ago. The prosecutors were wanting to give him jail time. We met with Mr. Locke after I read very positive reviews of him and his office. No review that I came across was disappointed with the result that Mr. Locke’s work secured for them, and I’m very happy to say that we can include our case among that statistic as well. Mr. Locke proved to be a very skilled negotiator and well versed in playing the ‘game’ of criminal defense. We always felt like he had our best interest in mind, and he laid out the goal in our first meeting with him to have the case completely dismissed without jail time. He followed through on that goal with flying colors. Based on our experience, we have two suggestions for anyone wanting to work with Mr. Locke: 1) allow him the time he needs to successfully strategize how to get you to your goal - in our case, this meant Mr. Locke resetting my family member’s court appearance a couple of times to increase the chance of the case just being closed (this did NOT alter our flat contract cost). 2) Do anything and everything Mr. Locke ‘suggests’ you do to help your case - he always presents his strategies to you as ‘suggestions’ (“maybe you could do this or that and that might help things move along”), but we recommend taking those as actual directions, follow them to the letter! We are so happy with the result that Mr. Locke got for us and give anyone needing a criminal defense attorney our highest recommendation for him. I hope we will not need his services in the future, but he will be our first and only choice should the need ever arise!

I had called for some legal advice with me living in San Antonio but the case was out of county. He had told me up front to stay with an attorney in that county but still took the time to give me some really helpful information about what was going on. That shows alot about himself and his character i would highly recommend Mr. Locke he clearly cares about his job

DONT DO IT!!!!!! She will take your CASH and never call u back !!!!!! And takes half a year to get back to you and is a disgrace to even be a family lawyer hello everyone I am Fernando tovar owner of a car dealership and a RV dealership here in San Antonio called southpoint auto look me up and you will see that cash was not the issue here cause I am well Financially stable but in this case it was this Locke law group who took my cash and never did nothing I pay here $2400 to take my x girlfriend back to court for child support cause she has not to pay and it took them half a year to call me back yes 6 Months and that was only cause I called them to tell them that I was Firing her as my lawyer then they finally decide to call me back O !!!!!! Now they call after I Decide to fire here not only did I asked for records and paperwork of what she has done to earn the $2400 I have not gotten one paper work from her indicating what she did for that amount of cash I warn you be careful with this attorney she can talk but she’ll take your cash at the same time If any kind of degree she earn it was to rip off people I got to give it to her because she really ripped me off What a disgrace to the Other attorneys out there you have to be very careful because she’s making other attorneys look real bad!!! now in days you have to watch out because of people like her This was a very bad experience and I do not recommend you hire her like I said cash wasn’t the issue here just the service no services at all and really sucked had to hire another attorney which I had no problem because cash is not the issue here but I do not recommend nobody to hire this attorney AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Be very careful and you better have both eyes open when you deal with this lawyer because if you shake here hand you’re going to have one finger missing when you get your hand back she’s very good at stealing your cash and never calling u back The nerve of this Attorney it’s OK because I reported her to the board and I’m warning you people all out there be very cautious of this attorney if you decide to hire I do not recommend you hire here at all Through it all the nerve of a lady like that family law they should take that degree away from her because she is nowhere near to being an attorney that she claims she is she is for family law if someone’s going to decide to do family law the first thing they got to do is not lied to the people and their clients and not take their money because if I was a judge I would take here licenses away from her right away she doesn’t deserve to be an attorney For family law AT ALL !!!!!!!!!!
