So 1st off all I clearly give this score to my final attorney who got me paid ! Tyler Wilson held my case through the end with all the ups and downs he kept me informed. Was always there to answer my questions. Sent me to the bank and he can do the same for you. I highly recommend him 5star service from him. Tyler, i personally thank you Home improvement case .

An amazing staff!

They helped me when I was in need. I will definitely refer them to family.

My injury was in 3/2022, and since then I have had 3 different attorneys assigned to my case just to find out today once again I’m being re-assigned another attorney. The only reason I even found out is because I contacted my supposed attorney and was told he put in his notice to resign from one to the other of speaking with him. They act as if you can’t even get access to your own information/case, I literally have to reach out multiple times to get assistance with anything. They don’t even call to tell you the process they are taking on your case. They did some type of demand letter and I was not even told how much for or anything, then never even called back after the deadline for the other party to respond. I’m currently standing in their San Antonio office and they have no supervisor or anyone available to help me but to tell me they have changed my attorney. If you are looking for a professional law firm this is not it! If something changes, I will update this review.
