We had our initial call and felt very welcomed and assured with Danyelle! We decided to go ahead and sign with her and are so excited to get back to a debt feee journey. We hope the process moves smooth and quick.

Alejandra has been such a good egg!..She has been an integral part of my preparing for this petition. She is so upbeat and has such a Can-Do demeanor..always patient with me, when I became so frustrated and upset; trying to provide things..running into “digital woes”?! I am not tech savvy but can navigate on own with perseverance and many re-visits, which made me just want to give up. In the mist of this decision to file bankruptcy, while taking steps to reduce expenses; a move insued..I fell and broke my hip! It had been an extra grievous time while weathering a surgery, hospital stay(2 wks)and now home(2.5wks) with home Physical Therapy and calls/emails with Ms Alejandra(working with me through the digital issues, providing alternatives and patience as we together ran into glitches, she stuck with me to get it through)..she has helped me feel safe and able now to go forward to my phone appt to review all document’s being prepared for next steps to signing..She has been an awesome, informed, kind, personable and professional contact, whom I will miss working with til the end..because she is compassionate but just a really great part of your Law Office. Thank you for the privilege to work with her, during a very dark time in my life. She has been a pleasure and her Sunny disposition shines through!!

Olga was very sweet and full of lots of information and seem to be knowledgeable in the area of this field. I thought it was odd that I would have to leave a review before I even actually filed any services. I went to the Better Business Bureau and decided to investigate this company because something just fell off, when you call in your speaking to somebody in another country and then they transfer you to someone who appeared to be local in the United States. However, then we have to have only virtual visits and the reviews I was reading on the Better Business Bureau stated when you go to their place that they rent as an office Space it is actually a suite and they have a table with a computer and you have a virtual visit with a person they say is your lawyer. And there’s many different lawyers and it sounds like these lawyers are contracted by this company because I wasn’t able to even find anything on the lawyer I was supposed to have, then I started reading other reviews from other sites talking about all of the problems that they’re having with the paperwork and getting phone calls returned and outrageous charges that were not revealed during the initial free phone consultation and which you’re not talking to an attorney, you’re talking to a Specialist or as she called herself an expert. Granted they are very sweet and they make you feel like everything is gonna be OK and they feel you with all of his information. But I don’t even know if this is legit and I am on a very short time frame in the retainer paperwork it clearly states if for any reason you change your mind email I gave an email address and request a refund with no questions ask. I’ve sent to request in 24 hours. I’m going to send a request every 12 hours and let’s see if I get my money back, they need $1500 to start and I gave almost half. Something just sounds very sketchy about this company and you can’t have that many recent reviews all saying the same thing that you have thousands of positive reviews which leaves me to believe that some of those positive reviews are fake and purchased, I just want my money back. This whole process was probably not what I needed to be doing right now anyway let’s see how quickly they respond.

Lexi was so amazing. Talking to her made me feel like we actually knew one another. She most definitely made me feel comfortable enough to trust this company no doubt. I am in Customer Service myself and she really did an amazing job. I do appreciate her very much and think she deserves a raise very soon lol. She is wonderful
