The woman that answers the phone reminded me today that I have called 3 times this week regarding my refund. She said, "Everytime you call I have to stop what Im doing...". I've worked in customer service my whole life. I would never have the audacity to tell a customer something like that. I'm a single mom concerned if I'm getting my 2500 back or a partial refund. I just wanted an answer as to when to expect it. I emailed Molly Tuesday about wanting to stop the process we started as my financial circumstances changed. She could have left out the complaint and just said they were working on it. But this is about how she spoke to me. Molly on the other hand was very nice and educated as to what legal action I could take when I didn't know anything. I appreciate her. If all goes well I'll come back when my finances are better.

I called to see if i can get assistance with bankruptcy. I explained the entire situations and all my debts. The law firm will be helping me in recovery my life and managing my debts.
