I have tried calling the last few days to cancel my case, I paid my retainer in full on Thursday and I want a full refund. Jaqueline provided me a ext to enter anytime I want to talk to my paralegal or leave a voicemail for her, however there is no way to enter an ext when you call. I spoke to Manual, the customer service rep that answers your calls, and he said that I can schedule a cancellation meeting for June 11th.... I told him why is it that I have to wait so long for a cancellation meeting, but I was able to get a consult same day and rushed to sign papers same day...

The representative I spoke with was very helpful and knowledgeable which definitely helped me to make the appropriate decision concerning filing bankruptcy
