The stress we deal with is pretty hard. It shouldn't be made worse by any paralegal. Alan is sarcastic and answers questions with questions that either make no sense or don't matter. The other male has a temper and gets frustrated easily. Neither Want to answer your questions even though they say call if you have questions. They leave you frustrated and disrespected. I have triggers that Alan hits on everytime I call. If you are going through a very stressful time, ask if these are the only two individuals there to handle your calls, and they do not respond to emails...if those are the only two, and you are one to ask questions, because this is all new to you, and you are stressed out....you might want to seek legal representation elsewhere. I had attempted to bring this to someone's attention, but it happened again and that's enough for me

The service is phenomenal but the most important thing is the customer service is punctual and the communication is very good, they never let go of your command and leave you without a doubt in the dark. A wonderful thing is that they listen to your needs.
