While I appreciate that they immediately took a call and wanted to help my client, it was clear that they are using virtual assistants in other countries to handle the bulk of their work.
When dealing with serious legal issues, most clients want to speak to someone who is a local professional, not someone in a different country who is paid to be polite and take down information.

Love the fast service by phone because I'm old school and dont like online service an or texting.but under circumstances now this law firm seems to be scammer/scam related due to the number of calls after speaking with an adviser an setting up weekly payments, you cannot reach anyone to speak with... GO TO A DIFFERENT LAW FIRM ****AVOID I'VE BEEN CALLING/EMAILING FOR DAYS WITH NO SUCCESS
