My personal experience has been one of frustration, inefficient staff, refusal to return calls or answer emails. I paid them upfront. After weeks of going back and forth on which documents were needed, one person saying one thing. Another saying something totally different. I sent them an email telling them they were fired and I expected a substantial refund. I received an automated email response saying a ticket had been generated. They advised a in office meeting. Since then they won’t return calls, or emails and haven’t set up a meeting. Complete lack of professionalism.

The business practices of the Allmand Law firm are questionable at best. It has been months since I paid my retainer and have yet to speak to an attorney. Allmand Law seems to care very little about customer service or taking care of their clients best interests. Take caution before using their services.
