This legal firm was a godsend in helping my sister. Thanks to Jaqueline for taking the time to explain options to a 68 year old woman and making her feel comfortable.

Jacqueline was excellent. She provided me with answers to all my questions. She explained all my options, and offered me peace of mind in the process. She made it very easy to understand and process to follow explained all the steps.

Jacqueline originally assisted me on the phone, and basiclly convinced me to start my bankruptcy, but its impossible to reach her again, and now that I've paid in full, I'm regretting my decision. It is Saturday, and they pulled $800 out of my bank even though I was paid in full. And now my account is in the negative. I was trying to purchase groceries because I have no food. I tried reaching out, and they are closed on the weekend... this was the final straw, because I have already felt like I made a mistake because if you want to speak with them again, it's a call center and you are put on hold for nearly an hour even if you call right when they open... Thankfully I bank with Frost and are open 24 hours a day, and cane to my rescue by giving me a temporary credit over the weekend until this law firm finally opens back up to return the stolen money from me. This was a horrible experience and I highly doubt they will allow me to even get a refund, so I can find another law firm that isnt going to steal money from me and leave me in a horrible position.We will see what happens on Monday. UPDATE: They are trying to charge me $800. $300 of which is for having "access" to their creditor call center which I didn't even use. They charged $250/hr for calling in the phone center. They charged me $15.50 for calling to make a payment. It's ridiculous. Trying to get in touch with someone to dispute this, is near impossible. They will not return calls or awnser emails and I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY REFUND OF $800 that was stolen from me. UPDATE 2: I finally got a call back, and was told that it's in the agreement that I signed and $800 is what will stay end of story. I told him I still wanted to cancel and will continue to fight for the remaining amount. He then called me 15 minutes later and told me he had a chance to think about it and discuss with another case manager and decided to agree with me that what happened was wrong and agreed to only invoice me for $300. Which is more reasonable. I'm content with the outcome, but still want to keep this here to share my experience. I'll add one more star for them finally coming to their senses and gaining some empathy to revise their stance.
