Do not go with this firm if your case is even slightly difficult. First, I was hounded by a review. They called me asking if I have done a review, I did but then they didn’t see it, so they would keep calling. It felt really odd but I went with it. Next, with meeting with the lawyer, saw my income and paperwork was mixed with another client and looked like I made twice my income ($200,000 annually….) Communication is terrible, every time I brought up a concern, it was almost met with a passive aggressive tone and dismissed. Lots more and I don’t want to spend more effort in this review, please take my advice and look somewhere else when looking for a bankruptcy filing. Very unfortunate and bad decision deciding on this law firm. I had filed a Chapter 13 bankruptcy with their advice and had lots of red flags but decided to go with them.

Mrs.Jacqueline was great in getting the process started on my case, she explained everything clear and was very detailed., I will most definitely recommend her law firm.

Making the appointment was easy, they are very friendly and helpful. Jacqueline was very nice she called me before my appointment letting me know what to expect and the whole process was easy and well explained. I was made to feel like a person and that meant alot

EDIT: 12/11/23 - PLEASE HEED THIS WARNING!! DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM!! *****REVIEWS ARE FORECED UPON INITIAL INTERACTION!!!**** This is a VERY transactional law firm! Once they have received your money THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU! They are extremely evasive, unorganized, and are frankly just overall very sloppy in their work. Two items were missed and not included in our filing. No one with authority has been in touch with us in over two months. I still have no idea what the next steps are besides VERY vague, short winded requests for the SAME materials that we've already provided. It took one month after our signing to get filed. No one asked us for updated balances on what we owed, so what got filed was the previous months balances. No one has reached out to explain what happens to the balances that were accrued in the month it took to file. No one asked us for updated bank account info. WE TRULY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT ACTUALLY GOT FILED!! ZERO COMMUNICATION BEFORE OR AFTER FILING!! I beg of anyone considering this firm to go elsewhere!!! I wish I would have looked at the negative reviews first!!! Midway Edit: Once they have your deposit, they will take several months to gather your documents. When we finally had our signing, which will feel very rushed on unorganized, we later find out several creditors were missed and not included. It has been over a week and we still have not received ANY communication from anyone other than their secretaries who know nothing. We are nearing risk of foreclosure and we have NOT been filed, and we have NOT been communicated with. The experience keeps getting worse and worse. I will be continually updating my review as the process continues because they pressure you to leave a 5 star review after your first interaction with them. This whole process is starting to feel very transactional and that they do not care about protecting you or your assets. Jacqueline was absolutely amazing! She made me feel so confident in my decision to file and clearly explained all of the pros and cons of each option available. I would definitely recommend this firm to friends and family!

I am a military father who was previously awarded primary custody of my children by the state of TX. Recently had an incident that required emergent attention. Throughout the history of my divorce and custody struggles I have had experience with a variety of attorneys. Adam was the first attorney I have had who made me feel like I mattered and that I was more than just a paycheck. Adam handled my case amazingly. The outcome was favorable, but even prior to knowing the outcome I was planning to leave a positive review. He made room in his already busy schedule to handle my case. He was genuinely interested in learning the background and details of my case. He kept me informed of the process and readily answered my questions. His representation during the proceedings was excellent. He came prepared, had a strategy from the outset, and was flexible and adaptive when the defendant tried to derail that strategy. Adam restored my faith that there are attorneys out there who are also decent human beings. I cannot thank him enough for his dedication and quality representation.
