The two people that I spoke with were very professional and had a willingness to help. I was transferred for assistance he listened and gave me the best solution that fits me. I know I seemed somewhat confused as th what was explained. However, he broke it all down and immediately sent me documents that stated just what was said. run they will rip you off paid upfront trying to get refund. they will just string you along and not help trust the bad reviews not the good. If I get my money back I'll change review but they almost got me evicted and car repo stringing me along. no virtual meetings it's a lie. always call saying problem constantly asking for documents already sent. They so lie. Need the lawyers to handle cases not paralegals. last lawyer I talked to said I'm just gonna cut to the chase I'm 15min into my lunch and on medication...seriously. wanted 1,600 a month for 5yrs and not clear any unsecured debt. pull up the austin,tx location that closed ìm telling you it's a scam and look up their refund policy it's a no money back guarantee as soon as you sign to retain them even on a payment plan that money is theirs no matter the outcome. complete scam. take their monthly payment for your bankruptcy multiply by 12 months and then 5yrs...do you really have that much debt. total scam and ìm out 1,375 dollars trusting them. to each their own you've been warned. They lie just to get your money. 67% of bankruptcies fail. just call your creditors and work it out. That's what I did they will work with you and I'm ahead now. I even had a lawsuit that negotiated with me. Save your money. Please listen to this review or later your gonna say damn it he was right.
