This law firm has been nothing short of continuous disappointment. I have been dealing with Allmand Lawfirm in San Antonio, TX since July of 2023. They charge nearly $3000.00 for their attorney fees (allowing payments in my husband’s case of $352.00 bi-weekly). I have had multiple conversations with Cassidy Walker, Jamie and the manager Ramon regarding the inaccuracies in my husband’s paperwork. I requested and in person signing for my husband, he arrived to be sat in front of a computer to do a VIRTUAL signing. After MONTHS of me providing every crucial detail about his case in complete detail and even pulling his credit reports for the attorneys and paralegals he showed up to a signing and still the paperwork was 100% inaccurate, including MANY financial inaccuracies. We were not given the proper information and the attorney was not very professional along with the unprofessionalism of the paralegals. When you call the numbers listed you get “receptionists” that are working from home with dogs barking and the likelihood of you speaking to anyone with any actual authority or understanding of the importance of a case such a BK is little to NONE. We have requested a refund to find a more appropriate attorney for our case. I have kept a very detailed calendar and times / names of the individuals I’ve spoken with regarding my husbands BK and the issues we have faced in the process. I am so disappointed DO NOT USE THIS LAWFIRM unless you want to do the work for them and constantly have inaccuracies in your paperwork and your BK to be incorrectly filed DO NOT USE THIS LAWFIRM. I forgot to add when you call to speak to them they’re always in a “meeting” and no one can help you and they will “call you back”. Fraudulent company, run.
