Let me say that my case was EXTREEMLY COMPLICATED, and had a lot of different twists and turns over the last 13 years. I really mean it when I say “COMPLICATED”. It was not just about filling out 20 pages of citizenship application which anyone can do! It was going 13 years back and trying to explain my complex immigration history; it was looking up specific laws and regulations; it was pulling out immigration case studies to see if my particular case has a chance of winning. I have interviewed several attorneys, and Mr. Alvilar was the only one who was willing to fight for my case. He is defiantly highly educated person with tons of experience. He is extremely motivated and honest; he will tell you exactly how your case is going to turn out. I’ve had 4 different attorneys in the past handling my case, and Mr. Alvilar by far one of the best. He defiantly has passion to practice law and helping his clients. His office staff is also excellent. They will return your calls and emails immediately. I was extremely anxious weeks before my interview thinking what IF’s… He spend an hour on a phone with me calming me down and reassuring. (not a lot of attorneys would do that) Well, I am happy to say that I just got approved for my citizenship!!!
