Being in a car accident can truly turn your life upside down regardless of the severity. I was going through the first stages in a new job that I had been wanting for a long time when my car was hit. There were so many meetings and trainings that I was not supposed to miss as well as studying for licenses that were required for the said job. I’m also a mom and a daughter to someone that was going through medical issues. My life was busy and hectic. On top of it all, I had to deal with trying to take care of my car getting fixed and getting a hold of rentals and my back was in pain. Meanwhile, the insurance company for the person at fault was not concerned with any of my misfortunes and refused to take care of my medical bill. While they were careful to tell me they couldn’t stop me from seeking medical help, they stated they could not commit to covering that. That’s when I reached out to Israel Garcia and his team and it was the best decision I made. He not took this extra thing off my shoulders when I felt like I couldn’t carry any more loads. He really makes you a priority. I remember feeling so stressed because I couldn’t take any more time from work to meet with him as I had already been taking time off for my medical appointments for physical therapy. He made sure that we could meet and met on SUNDAY morning at 9am. I will never forget that. I felt like time was being robbed from me and I didn’t have any more to spare and he understood that and met me on a day that was meant for himself. I told him from the very beginning that I wanted to get medical care and I didn’t want to have any of it come out of my pocket as it wasn’t my fault that I was in this situation. If the insurance had taken responsibility that would have been their only expense, but now I wanted them to take care of my billing and take care of the attorney fees. Ultimately, he took care of everything for me and successfully reached a settlement with this insurance and I am so thankful for that.He listened when I told him I just wanted to make sure that I didn’t have to pay anything out of pocket and he came through with that. I hope to not have to seek his help again, but I know that I will not hesitate the slightest bit in the future should I need help and go to him from the very beginning. Thank you Israel and team!
