I hired Mr. Roundtree after I was arrested for DWI. He was very professional, not judgemental, and helpful though one of the scariest times in my life. He got my DWI dropped to an Obstruction of Highway. Even after my case was put into deferred adjudication, I had an issue that I need Mr. Roundtree's help with. He helped me even though my case was done with. I would recommend Mr. Roundtree to anyone after a DWI arrest.

We were looking into an attorney that would be able to help with my husband's case considering he has a CDL and was pulled over for a DUI. Hi, my name is Saajan. I was arrested with the charge of a DWI with an alcohol blood breath test of 0.08. I was taken to jail for 17 hours. Soon after I hired Lawyer Timothy J. Rountree. Mr Rountree was able to get my DUI dismissed. From the start Tim was on point making sure he had all the information and evidence SAPD had in their possession. He was able to use this information to his advantage. It is important to give all the information as you know it to Mr. Rountree so that he can find any irregularities in the evidence. You have to be true to yourself and Tim so that he can make sound decisions. Tim was able to question the two SAPD officers in such a way that he was able to have the two contradict each outher! Tim was also able to question the blood test taken and had ordered a subsequence test which ultimately rendered the case dismissed. This was a very trying time for my family and I. Tim Rountree worked diligently on my behalf to secure this dismissal. For this I am truly greatfull! If you ever find yourself in this position, it is imperative to choose the right Lawyer to secure a truthful outcome. Tim Rountree should be at the top of your list!

Mr. Roundtree was excellent! He was able to expunge the case for my son. He had a prior alcohol offense on his record, so we were very concerned about that. He was professional, knowledgeable, and worth every penny!
