I gave him 2400.00 in July 2019 and never heard from him again. I tried contacting him in regards to my custody dispute and Poof! Gone!

I hired attorney Tim Torres in Aug. 2018 for a divorce. To this day I have yet to hear from him. I paid him $1,500.00 upfront and provided addresses where to locate the other party. I kept getting the run around from him until he just disappeared. I called and left multiple voicemails, emails and text messages and nithing. He ran off with my money.. I tried sending him a certified letter and was returned. This isn't right! Taking people's money.

Mr Torres was one of my lawyers several years ago on a personal injury car accident case. In a very stressful time Mr Torres was patient, responded to emails in a very timely manner, and led my husband and I through the process. He seems to genuinely care about his clients.
